The Primo M1 60 membrane box, designed as a concrete box with membranes, allows for tool-free cable and conduit entry for M20, M25, and M32. The membrane encloses the conduit absolutely concrete-tight. The integrated conduit grip securely holds the conduit and provides strain relief in the rear part of the box. Due to its special octagonal shape, 70% more clamping space is available for use as an electrical box during installation. The box lid is either nailed to the formwork on site, or glued or magnetically attached in the precast concrete plant. No counter-bearing or support element is required for attachment to the steel reinforcement. The concrete box is attached to the steel reinforcement using optionally available wings, with a standard distance of 15 cm to the door formwork. Depending on the mounting direction of the wings on the membrane box, a concrete cover of 20-60 mm is possible. A suitable plug-on frame extends the box by 2.5 cm each for even more clamping space.
