Return terms

Return eligibility, timing, shipping, and fees may depend on where your order was delivered and the items in your order. Review the terms that apply to your purchase below.

Orders delivered to all other locations

You may request a return within 30 days after the item is delivered.

Return shipping is free, and we will provide a return label.

Return eligibility

Where returns are accepted under the terms above, items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All orders

Contact us at t.baernthol@lichtzentrum.de before returning an item.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Unless your return instructions provide a different address, approved returns should be sent to:

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately at t.baernthol@lichtzentrum.de if an item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions and non-returnable items

Some items may not be eligible for return, as stated in the return terms above or on the product listing, website, or in-store at the time of purchase.

Exchanges

Contact us at t.baernthol@lichtzentrum.de to ask about exchange options before returning your item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding this policy, if your order is delivered into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
